I use the MapMyRun app on my phone when we go riding. After dropping my phone from my pocket and accidentally running it over (oops) I bought this product. It took less than two minutes to install. The grip is tight and it has been a lifesaver. Highly recommend!
This thing is extremely sturdy. Once you decide where you want it to be, your device isn't going anywhere. The holder is large enough for the largest phones on the market. I have a Galaxy Note 8 with a large Ballistic case and it fits with plenty of room to spare. It's fairly easy to mount and comes with enough hardware for any type of mounting application, and sometimes im using it on my mower
Overall this is a nice phone holder bike mount. It is very easy to install, although I do wish that they would have included a wider bar mount. The operation of it is pretty flawless and much easier to use over the stretch bands I see on others.
I took a selfie video with my phone on this mount and it was clear as day. Virtually ZERO shaking. This thing is as sturdy as they come. I use it daily on my bike, and for long rides of 6 hrs+. Zero issues so far.
Secures my phone tight and rides good on the highway it won't fall off on you. Wireless charging works as long as you have a comparable phone that excepts QI charging.
Love it! Works like a charm and it doesn’t budge while I’m riding! And thank god it charges my phone!!!!
It’s pretty easy to install and it’s so much dirtier than I thought it would be my phone stays in place and doesn’t move with all the vibration from the motorcycle.
Mounted on a motorbike. Easy to run the wires under the tank and to a switched battery connection so that it is on when the engine or accessories are on. No more fumbling with plugs to keep the phone charged on a trip. Does what it says accurately.
ordered 2 both dont have charging ports.
This is easy to use and install however there are no fuses or a switch to turn it off so my recommendation is hook this up to a circuit that comes off your key so it switches off when u turn the bike off also install a fuse for safety
Not quite 90 degrees of tilt adjustment once attached to bike. Very easy to attach losely then rotate to find the correct position before tightening. Directions say to attach mount to handlebars before clipping the phone holder on but it makes it easier to find correct angle with it on.
I like this cradle. I use it on my motorcycle with my iPhone 11. The wireless charging and quick release make it very convenient. It has survived about 4000 miles of rugged Adventure motorcycle use.
I have used my bike mound about 20 times. It has kept my phone nice and secure each time. The only problem I have is I can not get it tight enough around the handle bars so that it stays where I want it. It keeps rotating downward. It may be just me. I would recommend this product though.
Bought this phone holder for my motorcycle and so far so good. It was easy to install and seems very sturdy. Curious to see how it holds up during a trip, time will tell...
A nice feature is the locking knob to keep it from rattling loose. A down side is that sometimes one of the grips will press the on/off button on an iPhone SE. Most people use larger phones, so I do not see this as a huge problem.
I have a heavy duty case on my galaxy s20 ultra 5g and I have to bend the arms a little to get it into place then it holds it just fine. Need a little bigger jaw and it would be perfect.
I mounted this to the handlebars, works out great and it charges my galaxy 8 plus with the lifeproof case on decently fast. It holds my phone very tight, although does vibrate but that's to be expected from a v twin cruiser. I wired it in to accessory on so it comes on with the ignition.
Finally, this one gets it right. Tried two other ones that left a lot to be desired. One had too much slop and the other didn't cradle the phone well enough and well and did not have a lock down. The X grip arms ratchet and lock into place. You have to push a button to extend them. So no accidental bump and the phone pops out. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this handler bar device holder.
We do LOTS of touring in all kind of weather with navigator (all the time). connecting and disconnecting phone on every stop was a pain. I have seen "unplug charger due to moisture ..." message on phone countless times! Also my old holder had a small button to start charging (with my gloves on!!) each time I start the engine (I already have a switched 12v for phone)! anyway, long story short, for me this is not a holder/charger. THIS IS A DREAM COME TRUE!!!
Great value. The phone holder attaches easily to a bike’s handle bar and then can be adjusted to secure the phone. I like the four corner “clamping” capability; others have four rubber bands.
